@Altitude those are highly switches part no. PB6149L-13-102
Is it completely balls-hat crazy to fit those on the LXR board, i can see the the dimensions is 5,00 mm. vs. 5,08 in the pin spacing. And long the long legs on the higly switches could p…
Price will be 95,-€ for a complete kit incl. 19% VAT (79.83 without).
Sourcecode and Schematic will be made available once I cleaned it up a little bit.
Normally this should not happen.
That's exactly how I test each mainboard before shipping it out.
I use a single audio cable and hot plug it into every audio out once and never had a crash.
Where is your jack conected to on the other side?
No reason I can think of why it should not work.
In the end the frontpanel of the LXR works just like a midi controller for the mainboard.
The prototcol used is a little bit different but is using UART as well. (since not all functions are accessibl…
regarding the firmware version I just incremented it with each 'release' so far.
never came around to make meaningfull version umbers or a roadmap.
there are still a few things I'd like to implement soon and a few bugs I know of.
development stall…
I spend new years day programming lots of chips and hope to reveal everything by the end of the week. Still some stuff to do on the manual and I'm waiting for feedback from the final tester
sounds like you found the problem.
a single LED will pull about 20mA when it is lit.
so with about 10 LEDs you will already reach the limit of the power supply you are currently using.
really expensive!
these are half the price and in europe, too.

what power supply are you using?
So far I have never heard of a LED related hum. LEDs are not even multiplexed oder PWM'ed
So I would guess it's a power related problem.
I'll look into it.
what do you mean by loading pattern 2? you load another pattern set from SD card?
so just to recap:
- pattern chain works ok
- when you load another pattern set from sd card chain is altered when seq is playing
- when seq is stop…
A few people did not respond to my E-Mail from a week ago, so I put the remaining enclosures from the first run in the shop. There is also some reduced B-Stock available.
The next Batch should arrive after xmas.
If I remember right (I have to have another look into the code) the roll is just a modulo operation. So making it free running would need a bit more work. If you just give it a free running counter there could be the problem of a synced start. you d…
I could fix it for you for the shipping costs since it is partly due to the wrong hole size on this batch
But I think I won't have time before christmas for something like that.
did you measure if the button contact closes when you press it?
if you just want to sync the xoxbox you should connect the LXR midi out to the xoxbox midi in.
make sure that on the LXR in the global settings menu the rx midi filter is set to 'all'
set the xoxbox to "midi sync"
that should be all.
I will re-check the trigger IO problems.
I thought It should work.
regarding midi sync:
- tempo is set to 0?
- also like brendan said: check the midi filter
I will now send out the emails to the remaining people on the my list.
Preorders through the forum are now officially closed
I should get another big batch around the end of this month and will put it in the shop then.
okay.
today I got the repainted cases from the last batch back.
this time they look great.
So the people from this thread should get their email soon and a new and bigger batch is ordered for the shop, but I don't know the lead time yet.
