I will first sort the orders and pack everything. lots of double payments and wrong orders due to the sales panic! ;D but at least this part is finished and we are currently in the living room packing kits. After the packages are on their way i will see how much is left.
@julian kinda glad it wasn't just me that screwed up my order in the mad scramble. Sorry you've had to deal with the consequences though. Mind you, it's a small price to pay for selling all the units within minutes....
Nearly all packages are packed :-bd Tomorrow is label printing day. Monday is probably shipping day for all the packages I allready received the payment for phew!
people should start receiving their tracking IDs to the email they used in the shop. I'm currently printing the shipping labels. The first 20 packages are completely ready already.
I did get two different tracking numbers and the first one is the one working, not the one I got in the correction email. The one working is the one with only numbers and no letters.
damn! And i spend an additional hour sending out all the 'corrected' numbers :-B I was a little confused about the tracking number. First I send out the shipping numbers. Then i noticed an additional number on the receit (the RM.....DE) number that was marked as confirmation number. For a lot of parcels I've got from overseas my tracking number was in the format RM..DE so i assumed the shipping number was wrong and this confirmation number was the one needed for tracking
so yes. it seems the first number is the one to use. I think I won't send out another 100 mails telling people they should use the first number i've send them
maaan, shipping parcels is more complicated than developing synths 8-X
ah ok... I realized using the 'wrong' tracking number with about 10 package left (replace wrong with right) I will send out the correct tracking numbers to those people this evening. sorry for the inconvenience!
Ha ha. It's like a package I have waiting for me right now at the Swedish customs IN MY CITY since 4 days and counting. Compare that to 2 days getting from Los Angeles to Sweden. The world is a strange place.
