Can we please have the Samples loaded/saved with the Soundset?
Im dreaming of a CR78 / 808 / 707 / Procussion / SimonPhillips Set for my LXR. ll then have to let go a whole stack of drumrelated Stuff ;-)
So you want a DSP based add on board that does 4 Channels of Audio, BBD style delays, Gated Reverbs and Compression... and possibly some Chorus, Flanger, Phasing and Pitch shifting? And all this as DIY?

Seen from a programmers point of view i have to scan the pots (1 Physical Pin) at a rate of maybe 15Hz for a nice response, ill have to scan 2 Pins at a rate of 150+ Hz to make use of an Encoder. Multiply this by 5 for the LXR and you have a rather …
...and as the knob position is meaningless i dont look at the knobs in the studio, i tweak them until it sounds ok. For Live performance i use the fetch/snap option which i dislike in a studio context as i everytime think something is broken when no…
Oh no, please not that perpetual "Pot vs Encoder because i always want to have the line on the knob matching the value at the display" discussion......
I remember having some issues with a Shruthi MCU, thats apparently been damaged in Transit. While perfectly ESD safe packed i never managed to get it 100% working, swapped the part and everything was fine. Maybe you can arrange with Julian for a rea…
For the Voice MIDI Channel the default should be "Off" instead of any channel, im a bit annoyed with the LXR sending notes shifting my MIDIalfs Pattern ;-)
All the leftover screws are part of the MasterPlan to readjust the earths axis by the screws weight to compensate for the Nutation . . . . id like to have snow for xMas every year instead of a period of 18,6/2 years.Ill go grab another Tannenzäpfle …
Dont trust me on anything i say. I never touched a soldering iron anyways..... and i have absolutely no clue what im talking about. Oh, and the only thing i have to do is hang around here, trying to talk people into trashing their kits, i have no li…
ICs are heat sensitive???
Set your Soldering Device to the traditional 303°C, and you are good for some 30 Seconds of melting Action on anything thats touches the Pin. Should be sufficient even if you do Tiffany Lamps... Didnt you socket your Chips?…
@siebenachtelCool, if you are 100% failsafe at soldering id like to hire you for prototyping ;-)Honestly, you failing at a solder joint has a much higher probability than a Chip Failing.
Bad soldering on the Display Connector wont influence anything…
I have this one and im 101% satisfied since about a year - and im picky about gear! It has 80W Peak Power, holds temperature within a ±5 °C Window even if you solder directly to a huuuuuge Ground Plane (anybody remembers the GND Pad for the LCD Cont…
@princoPart of the Game is putting as less power as possible into the Material, in your case the thickness of the Top Panel might be a bit on the positive side, so the Protective sheet underneath didnt get cut 100% so it glues the Cutout Circle to t…
This Tip is clearly not designed to solder PCBs, rather than tinning some Wires or doing Tiffany lamps or Plumbing. I Assume its a simple Copper Tip, so what happens is your tip gets molten together with the Solder to some kind of bronze alloy due t…
