do you have some patches on a sdcard? you could use the pc editor to make some too, its hidden somewhere in the forum. hope it works i have a discovery board that isn't being used so if you want to send me the necessary files i'll have a go..
it does have great audio quality, can use eeprom for your own dsp code. not alot of memory so only short delays. i would like to see a 4ch dual chip pcb but dont think it would be that useful as builtin fx for the lxr..
o-> :^o and so much free space on all our sdcards..
what will the future hold julian. have you plans for any other devices or should i just buy another lxr now?
nice its working. vtrig only on proto board will easily fit eurorack (left mine naked on desk so far).
i experimented with 9v and the clock is not reduced to 5v. triggers raised without changes.
shuffling and muting has never been so much fun juli…
i also will only do 5v for now cos i thought it might make the clock in voltage to high(?) or is it protected internally? simple enough for me to make two separate plus voltages too if required..
@julian i justbuilt the circuit from schematic and wired my sockets.
so where do i solder the cables to the mainboard?
is it active with the current firmware?
if i connect say the 9v directly from the power socket will i then have 9 volt triggers? s…
i think you can still get jellyfish kits but if you check at his facebook he is away until mid september now.

i dont think anyone would fail building an LXR as long as they follow the build doc and have a ha…
http://www.planktonelectronics.com/thejellyfishhttp://musicpcb.com/pcbs/echo-base-delayboth pt2399, great chip.you can do a lot with vero board and some schematics too!
i have had no problem with normal midi din. yesterday i got to try the external shuffle and that too is working as expected.
have you tried with another device or midi interface? have you set the channel to something other than zero?
@julian you're right, but on having another go just now i don't know what i'm looking at on the leds?
the patterns that then play are only revealed when i exit the pattern generator!
or maybe it was always like it is now.. ?
question about the new …
5 volt is normally enough to fire an adsr which would then normally rise to 10 volt anyway.. bring it on julian!
just a schematic and where it connects to & i will test it
100 to begin, 100's more waiting. its a winner!
i am pleased like never before.. just couldn't find an emoti to express that joy.
mine has no case and is covered with dog hair, all part of stress testing.
when talking of more steps you may as well use an external seq or whatever device you own that has those 64 steps (or pc/mac/atari/gameboy)
)
@julian without the substeps - shift+those buttons could select groups of 16 steps (?) with flashing led…
hey, better that you get it done right, than in a hurry & less than perfect
another small thing i only just noticed is with the pattern generator you can't get separation between open/closed, they both just end up replacing each other.. same p…
