fat16 should be ok. I updated the filesystem code some versions ago. I will try out the click samples here to confirm if it is a general problem or specific to your unit. maybe just try updating the firmware once again?

Are the click samples saved on the sd card or are they saved in flash memory?

Thanks for the reply. So how many different firmware versions are there? Which one should I use? The problem I'm having is not with the user waves, it's the samples that come with the machine.
