It should be possible to implement a so called PLL algorythm inside the LXR code, that takes the modular clock and multiplies it (with a bit of guesswork) taking it to 24 PPQ and then sends that out via MIDI.
well the fact that everybody sees this normal except you should maybe be a clue...
welcome to DIY. If you don't want to mess with all of this, get a Korg or Roland or whatever off-the-shelf drum machine.
The price indicated isn't the shipping, but the total cost including shipping. Sorry, should have told you so
yeah 40€ for shipping would be totally insane indeed, lol!
@lysergic: ok, I'll keep you in the queue!
@nikitin:checked for prices, here's what I get:
registered mail (tracable, though I have no experience how complete the tracking is to Ukraine)
45€
Priority mail (not traceable, can't do anything if ship…
You can also set the total length in steps per voice. In VOICE mode press the MIX button and then set the "len" parameter to whatever you want the part to be long.
Just in case... here's a photo.
I thought I had the "normal" back as well, but I can't find it right now, so it's only the "trigger extension" one. For this reason I'll lower the price to 40€ incl. shipping to EU.
I see there's a bunch of people selling their enclosure. But if you can't find one, I've got an original transparent black (neuropa grey I think it's called) plexy case in very good condition, which I could let go for 45€ including registered shippi…
I sometimes also have a rather dirty sound produced by the LXR, send that to the modular and use the trigger for the same part to shape that sound.
In a project I worked on two years ago, where we used different sensors including a pulse-beat one,…
You did check the manual didn't you?

The latest firmware has some weird issues with samples though. At least I am experiencing some. I never had any looping on a sample though..…
"Since I've spend some 500 AUD and 10 hours making this thing I may end
up getting the new case anyway, to protect my investment, and to get on
making music instead of hacking on things that make music."
Haha, yeah I know that problem!
"I cut more notches and glue the top and side panels together."
Hmm, glue... that doesn't sound like a very good solution imho. I think Adrian did a great job at making a case that looks great, without any ugly screws looking through the frontplate…
I don't know what happened... but it seems to work now! I guess it was just a flaky solder spot, I have re-soldered most of the pads twice and now it works...
Thanks! I've thought about that as well, but the jacks are all oriented properly as on the PCB marking (with the rounded edges towards the edge of the PCB).
