Almost gave up on this one. Ordered 10 ohm resistors. Same colour code but muuuch bigger. So finally replaced R11 with the bigger one and all buttons light up. (y) Thanks for the help Julian

Yes it works. Just 4 of the 12 buttons don't work. I triple checked the sockets before soldering, same goes for the ICs. It's not yet calibrated.
