SOLVED!!thank you so much... i melted the solder then i pressed quite hard in each pin and now its perfectly working.. thank you

Hello Julian, what do you mean by a short somewhere to a neighbouring pin?To solve the problem of the cold joint, i can solder again on top of the place where theres already soldering on it?
