To 1: Yes, it definitely needs to be 'harder' to save a sound or pattern As i recommended in another thread, maybe a confirmation screen, like: "Save to $sound_name? >No. Yes." would do. to 2: It's already in the bug/todo list (point 8)

Another thing I noticed is the PSU plug has to be the 2.1mm version! 2.5mm plugs fit in the socket and seem to work, but have a very loose connection to the middle pin. This leads to reboots and boot problems when the cable is touched.Would a bigger…

A little hint on how to "fix" the button caps without actually gluing them irreversibly: A smaaall piece of insulating tape (or something like that) does the trick. Don't let it overlap the grey, fix area of the button!
