• Fat32 through Windows. I also tried formatting with Fat on a Mac just in case, I've tried 2 of them so far, I bought 4 so I'll try the other two tonight.

• Midi sync is not dependent on a midi channel. Your sync out from Ableton looks correct, BPM=0 is correct, try going into the LXR menu, finding RXF and setting it to all.
