Yes, with the mainboard attached on P1, I have stable 3.33V on pin 21-22 and stable 4.80V on pin 23-24.

No the mainboard is not attached. They are no continuity between 3V3 and 5VThey are no continuity between 3V3 and GND I must make measure on LF33 ?

On P1, pin 23-24 it's ok I have +5v continuity.pin 21-22 it's not ok, I have +2.3v on power on, after 120sec I have only +0.9v.
