Lxr on the way I have some questions please help

Hi all, Thanks to all those who helped me on here so far As many of you may know I'm totally blind. I've just bought a preowned lxr it's on its way to me right now What tips would people give me for getting started? Also is there a way to preview individual drum voices Before you sequence them in the stock firmware? I saw a YouTube video about an alternative firmware version where this feature was mentioned But I couldn't find any reference to this feature in the stock manual Does this feature come with the stock firmware or will I have to Install the alternative firmware In order to preview voices before sequencing Help with this question would be most welcome kind regards trey.

    why not reach out to the person who developed the alternative firmware.

    I think it only works wit Brendans software. Not sure, mine is running on his firmware.
