Panning doesn't work for voice one, but for all the other voices.
And a double post from the "Finished!!!" thread:
Sometimes, but not reproduceable, i have problems setting steps, or
the LEDs are not updating the status (even with new Firmware).
The second thing is a bit of noise coming in from the power supply,
probably also a grounding thing since it is just a minimal setup with
just a headphone amplifier. I noticed the cases of the pots were not
grounded in the build, right?
Some ideas for the next update:
The pattern generator is great, it would be cool to shift the patterns through the steps.
Morphing works mostly well, but some voices become a bit messy in
the process.
I just read an interesting article about humanizing drum patterns. See the source here:
Wouldn't that be a nice feature?
Thanks and greetings!

I have an idea where this might come from... added it to the buglist.
Let's hope my idea is right
about the noise. How is your synth connected at the moment? I have no noise at all when running the normal line outs into my mixer. Another nice thing for the pattern generator would be some way to generate different step notes for the steps.
I added both to the nice to have list. Looks interesting, I will read it in detail the next days.
I sometimes experience such problems because of cheap "switching power supplies" (is this the correct term for "Schaltnetzteil"?). you could try replacing the wallwart temporarily with a suitable 9V battery. This way you could ensure that the PSU is (not) the reason for your noise problem.
I do still have the other problems with noise coming in and responsiveness of the keys.
My setup is very basic, just the LXR with a swithching power supply and a headphone amplifier. I notice a change of noise when i touch the amplifier, that is why i suspect a grounding problem.
Since i still have to solder one more LED and the buffering cap, i will have a close look at the mainboard tonight and will do some major cleaning also.
Afterwards i will check with a different power supply.
Will report back then.
Thank you so far...
If it induces noise, it could also be that it scrambles the serial communication between mainboard and frontpanel. This could result in unresponsive key presses. Are only the step keys or all keys affected?
