Just got my LXR built, works great EXCEPT I can't get it to sync to MIDI clock, either over standard MIDI or the USB port. Having a drum machine that doesn't sync is fairly useless, so I'm eager to fix this problem. I've tried setting the BPM to zero, saving, and restarting, but this doesn't help. When I press start the sequence just sits there, regardless of whether Ableton is playing or not.
All my other devices are syncing perfectly over the same MIDI interface so I know it's not a software or interface problem.
I do have the trigger I/O kit (not installed yet) and I know that has a Clock Input, which I might end up using with one of my Volca's as the master, but I'd rather have the LXR working via MIDI.
Issue #2: It also seems like the farthest right potentiometer under the LCD skips values sometimes, continually jumping up to 127 (or the maximum value for the parameter) at the slightest touch. Almost like a bad digital encoder. Could this be a bad pot, or a bad solder job on the board?
Any advice for either of these two issues would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Alex

You could check your setting for midi filtering:

Be sure that "R" is set for receiving midi clock.
Your second problem sounds weird. But maybe you have pattern fetch activated?
