Performance mode

I found a bug in the performance mode.
When Manual Roll is set to 'One' and the 8th sequencer button is pressed while the pattern is running, it stops playing and wont start playing again. The machine has to be reseted, aka. turn the power off and on again.
Firmware is 0.21
