Fimware 0.37

I put Firmware v0.37 as I got a bit confused when finding the link for the latest version .
v0.36 is listed as the latest version , so what is the difference ?

a tiny fix that prevents the garbled screen when the AVR reboots. (weird chinese symbols)
probably only relevant for a small amount of customers who had problems with that or for better debugging of a faulty build
