Chaselight problem

Hi,
First, thanks for all the work you did there. I'm sure am gona take a lot of fun on this this drum-machine but sadly for me i got few issues with the chaselight and some buttons :

When i power up the device, all the leds lit up for five seconds then only  the green 'voice mode' LED  and the voice 1 LED remain lit.
At this state, i can select the differents voices and create patterns, the 16 sequenceurs buttons are fully fonctionals. 
The Select Buttons and the knobs works fine too.
The problem begin when i push the start button : the patterns are being played. Sound working fine too, voices LED blink on rythm but the chaselight is not working. The sequenceurs LED frozed on the last voice pattern i made.
Moreover, none of the 16 sequenceur and the 8 select buttons are responding no more.

-I bought a kit so my Atmega should be well programmed
- The mainboard seems attached correctly
- My ICs don't get hot and my multimeter indicate 4,98v between the +5v and the GND
- I know i should'nt have soldering the Oled display but i did it anyway thinking ''maybe i get lucky'' and it will solved my problems. Anyway, i know for now i got no problem with the display. It just blinked sometimes, synchronised with the BPM
Once, quite randomly pushing buttons and tweaking knobs, i accidentally manage to get the chaselight working while i was changing the length pattern parameter but it was stuck on one voice and i still got no responding dead buttons.

So I checked my solders searching for a cold one or some shorts.  I also checked most of the resistors but i couldn't find no clue of the problems.
So, i'm a little bit lost and i 'll be pleased to get advices on what or where i should investigate.
