(SOLVED) Problems loading / no sound

Hi, I am a newcomer in this forum.

I have just received an used LXR and I have some problems with it. First, I followed "Quickstart" from user's manual, unzipping provided "SDCardImage.zip" into a FAT32 SD card and once powered, I press "play/start" button and nothing happens, no chaselight running while play LED is lit(I have seen in videos this LED flicking when sequencer is working after pressing "play/start" button) When you press "play/start" again, LED turns off, and if you press it again, it turns on, without flickering . I tried also to load patterns, samples, etc... and each time I tried it, the machine gets freezed showing "Loading pattern" or "Sample upload started" on LCD. I have waited for a long time and nothing happens, it is still freezed 30 minutes after.

I tried also to trigger rolls manually in Performance mode, but doesn´t works neither. Menu navigation, buttons and knobs seems to work well, I have checked outputs, volume, etc. and it seems to be OK. I have tested different SD cards and it is the same.

I tried to contact the seller, and didn't have answer yet, so I am afraid that I can be some kind of construction problem. But I hope that will only be a newcomer mistake that I didn't realize
