Mixing question

Hi guys I'm programming my lxr for a live set and I have a question about the volume of each voice:
Do I have to set drums voices volume a bit louder than bass volume?
When I set the bass very low (coarse at 25 or less) I have some problem with the kick because I don't hear it very much.
Some suggestions about mixing in the lxr?

The main problem is that I want the same volume in all my tracks

That's the epic main problem with low frequencies: as they transport the highest sonic energy there can only be one boss in the mix. So i guess you may only get a grip on it with an external mixer and different output channels. At least that's what i did on my livesets...
