Bug? No fine tune on Snare OSC?

On v0.34 the fine tune for the snare OSC does not work on mine. Is it a bug?
Also another question. It seems the noise on the snare oscillator is not white noise. It seems to me a little bit of distorted/rattling sounding always. Is this by design?

    and on CYM and HH the fine tune also doesn't work.

    Yeah that's rught and that's weird the lfo on fine tune works though!
    From which noise do you talk on the snare? The second one which you mix with the fist one? From the manual "
    This voice is good for snare-drum and clap sounds. A noise source and a pitched oscillator can be
    mixed. Only the noise source is routed trough the filter. There is no FM capability on this voice."

    No fine tune on the snare voice for me either... what the heck?

    This seems true for  SNARE, CLAP/CYM, and CL/OP HIHAT
