Sync to MIDI clock

So the manual states that to sync to an external clock, I set the BPM to 0. Though when I do this and hit play, the sequence does not start. I know I am getting MIDI clock, because I see it leaving my interface, and I even have the clock running thru and to the MIDI out, and clocking a modular. So it's a bit strange....

If I sync using the same method, but using the modular as my source, and going to the clock in on the LXR, then everything works as I expect.

Has anyone else experienced this? Got a tip?

In the same menu where you set the BPM (shift + load/save), did you set the RxF parameter (Received Midi Filtering) to "R" (Realtime start/stop/clock)?

You still need to set the BPM to 0 for it to work.
