feature request: relative fetch parameter with the potentiometers

I often have the problem, that the potis are way too sensitive and change parameters drastically when not set fetch *on*. It's especially annpying when I go into performance mode and the samplerate or bitcrusher are doing their work

First question would be: Did I solder them wrong! They work, but too sensitive...
Second: Usually I choose fetch on, to compensate this, but then I always have to twist every knob like hell to catch the value. Would it be complicated to program a fetch mode that works in a relative way, like I twist it half a centimeter or more and then the value changes?

I hope I made it clearly enough to understand.
