Cannot access trigger IO settings page

The wiki provides the following instructions to access the trigger IO settings:

"There is a new menu page in the LXR settings menu. Press shift + load/save to enter the settings menu. Now you can select the Trigger IO configuration page by pressing the AEG button."

This process does not work for me. Once I'm in the settings menu, if I press the AEG button nothing happens. The AEG button is working fine in other modes so I know it's not a switch issue. I was able to access the trigger IO settings menu a few weeks ago to change the clock multiplier.

    which firmware version do you have installed?
    It is shown during bootup.

    I have 0.34 installed. I built this box a month ago and I was able to reach the trigger IO menu once before. Perhaps something in the configuration state of the device is now preventing access to this menu.

    For me it's the same issue.
    I can navigate to the Trigger IO menu by using the encoder during the setup page is shown, but there is no direct access using the AEG button or any other button.
    I liked this direct access possability in the old firmware. Now I am using 0.34.
