One led on the sequencer blinks a few times and does not work.
Hello everyone,
My Lxr is working fine, all the knobs is working also the voices is great. I did a 30 minutes test playing around with it and its fine.
The only problem is that LED number 5 on the sequencer part is not working properly. When i press it, it starts to blink so it works one or twice then it stops to blink and there no light on it... So basically number 5 dosent work.. what would you suggest its wrong?

so the step is working and only the LED is wonky?
you can turn the seq step on and off regardless of the LED state?
if you take a look at the schematic on page 7 :-B

Step 5 LED is connected to U7 (74hc595) pin 3 and RR2 (220ohm resistor network) pin 5.
So first of all check the soldering on those 2 pins as well as on the LED itself.
My guess would be a cold solder joint or a short somewhere to a neighbouring pin.

with short to a eighbouring pin I mean just to check if there is no contact to another pin next to it. like a little bit of cut of metal from a resistor leg or too much solder.
