After long delay in getting my cases, I have them. The parts I ordered over the break dont fit, I now have the dimensions for parts that do fit (vertical mill to the rescue) and have ordered another set of windows. There is another issue though, the tolerances on the opening are very loose so one will fit tight and another wont. They will need to be glued in (a couple small dots is all it takes). I'll post a pic later today
struggling a bit with these, the second run was all shades of messed up since apparently the kerf is different on the 1.5mm material than it is on the 2mm stuff so they came out loose as hell. Will try another batch with the next laser cutting order
Gents, I went over the parts I had cut and the three cases I have here and this is simply not going to work, the tolerances on the windows and the thickness of the paint make this a fool's errand. The dimensions I took of the one case do work for the parts I got cut and some of those fit that case but the other two are way off in the x and y dimensions. I simply cant provide a part that will acceptably fit everyone's case.
Thanks for putting in the work anyway Altitude. For me, enclosure building and modding is much more difficult than any of the electronics diy stuff. It really makes me appreciate the design work that goes into both diy and retail hardware that I buy a lot more.

Thanks! Where did you order the windows? Need some for MB6582 and MBSeq.
