Bug on pattern chain

Hi everybody, I have a bug with the pattern change : I put destinations on sub patterns, after saving, I start the sequencer and the pattern chain works perfectly,and I do the same thing to all pattern, but... when I'm changing pattern with the sequencer playing (per exemple I'm on pattern 1 and I load the pattern 2), the destinations are modified and the pattern change works weirdly, so I check the destinations, they are not the same (????) I stop the sequencer, re-load the same pattern, I check the destintions, and the destinations are good ! this problem persist after EVERY pattern loading with the sequencer playing, if I stop the sequencer before changing pattern, I have no problem...

It really problematic because I should play with it at the mid-january and it's too difficult to change manualy the sub pattern both playing on anothers synths (I have not enough hands for that)

by the way, I tryed to downgrade the firmware (from 0.34 to 0.27) and there is the same problem : the pattern change destinations are not the same as saved when I change pattern set with the sequencer playing !

I'm afraid to can not use the sequencer of the LXR and sequence it with an external sequencer...

Have you tried manually changing patterns in 'perf' mode after loading the new pattern set? The newly loaded pattern data is not applied until after a manual change, and this may include the 'RPT' and 'NXT' properties of each sub-pattern.

I don't really use the pattern chain much myself, so this is just a hypothesis, but would be the correct operation. Since the pattern load can take an arbitrary amount of time, the LXR should wait for user input to proceed with using the pattern chain, as it does with the actual pattern data of the currently active sub-pattern.

yes, I've tried to change manually and the problem is the same ... I really don't know what is this problem ! Before, I don't really used the pattern chain, sequencing my LXR with an external sequencer, but I would like travelling as light as possible and use the LXR sequencer for not to have take another machine for sequencing it... I'm afraid to travelling much loud what I've expected ! But it's not too a problem, at least it works better this way !

what do you mean by loading pattern 2? you load another pattern set from SD card?

so just to recap:
- pattern chain works ok
- when you load another pattern set from sd card chain is altered when seq is playing
- when seq is stopped everything is ok.

or is the explanation of brendanclarke correct and I just have to make sure the pattern chain is only updated on a manual confirm?

and same problem if I change pattern manually
