Better encoder - mine is broken

Hi, my encoder is broken.
Wich encoder are compatible to the LXR, mabe with an metall case?
And also the same question for the four potentiometers!

    Are the encoder of the Shruti and the LXR the same one?

    do you have an early version?
    the LXRs I have here all have a metal top (although plastic shaft) encoder and are not the cheapest (made by bourns).

    I think olivier is using custom encoders from china by now, but I think he used to have the same pots and encoders as the LXR in the past.
