In the upcoming v0.19 update there are some minor improvements to the load/save page.

- Knob 1 will now select the type (sound, pattern, morph, settings) so you don't have to do all this encoder pushing anymore.
- The menu won't reset to 'sound' when entering. It stays at the last used type.
- the preset numbers for sound, pattern and morph are handled independently now. So changing the sound preset number won't affect the pattern and morph sound index.

that's a nice way of handling the load/save page.

One question though: What is the purpose of saving a sound as a morph sound?

I thought there is only one sound bank.

load a sound, then load another as morphsound, use mrp control in perf page to your liking. then when you save it'll save the 'morphed' sound as you hear it. then its a normal sound. great way to get sounds you might not otherwise stumble upon! pretty sure thats in the manual too..

yeah - although i'm not quite happy with the system as it is.
I often use the morph parameter, forget that i used it and save a sound, juts to realize later on that morph was not zero and I saved the wrong sound/lost my sound.

probably always saving what you hear would be better?

Ah, i see. Well that is definitely a nice feature. And you are right, it is in the manual. I must have missed that.
