this probably means the AVR got updated, but not the mainboard. slow moving LEDs mean it is waiting for the mainboard to respond. fast moving LEDs indicate that the maimboard is actually being programmed. Update should not take longer than a minute.
what do you mean by running correctly? can you start the sequencer? if not there is something wrong with the communication to the mainboard. was everythign working before the update?
this sounds like a problem with the mainboard. it is not answering the AVR when it tries to update it. A non working sequencer also indicates a 'silent' mainboard. is it plugged right into its socket?
