Problems with store and load off patterns after switching the LXR off / on

Hi,
if I have produced a pattern and I have stored it I get the following problem:

If I switch the LXR off and than on and I load the pattern, its empty.

What is wrong?

    is the sequencer running while you do the loading?
    If the sequencer is running, you have to manually trigger the new loaded pattern.
    got to pattern/performance mode and push one of the pattern select buttons.

    This behaviour allows you to load a new set of patterns, while the current one is still playing.
    The pattern will change at the next full bar after you press one of the pattern select buttons.

    load/store und die File-Struktur ist leider sehr verwirrend. Oder ich verstehe was nicht.

    A: Gibt es denn nur 1 Pattern Set mit 16 Pattern a 7 Tracks je SD-Karte? Das hieße ja, dass ich
    bei neuen Stücken immer neue SD-Karten einladen muß. Dann fehlt wohl ein Projekt-File-System.

    B: Wie speichere ich z.B. 2 unterschiedliche Pattern unter unterschiedlichen Namen ab?
    Beispiel: Ich programmiere Pattern 0 mit 7 Tracks und speicher das unter 0 Ethno 1 ab.
    Nun ändere ich dieses Pattern, indem ich Trigger anders setzt und Filtereinstellungen ändere. Dieses Pattern speichere ich unter 1 Ethno 2 ab. Wenn ich nun aber 0 Ethno 1 loade, spielt er weiterhin 1 Ethno 2 ab.

    The firmware has been modfied this way, so that you can load patterns while playing, so in a live jam there would not be an interruption to a time you don't like. The pattern refers to the sequencer edit, as far as i know. If you like to save filter settings, you need it to save it in a kit, as this is a voice modification.

    Again my question:

    A: Are there only 1 Pattern-Set with 8 Pattern each 7 Tranks per SD-Card? That woul mean that I have to change the SD card for a new piece of music.
    Is there no project file system with a structure like: project x - n pattern -m track like in the Elektron systems Analog Four or Octatrack?

    B: How do I store different pattern with save and reload them with load as needed?

     A: no there is not only one, but multiple (127? - not sure) Pattern Sets (and also kits) per Card.

    B: save:press "load/save" until it says save.
    press encoder so that ">" sign shows up. navigate the ">" sign to edit what to save (patch, kit, settings etc.)
    kit/pattern number and name (all with encoder)
    move ">" sign to "ok" and press encoder to save.

    if you load a pattern set while the sequencer it running, it will keep playing the old pattern untill you select a new pattern in performance mode. then it will change at the beginning of the next bar.

    may seem strange at first, but with this feature and the morph feature for kits you never ever have to stop the sequencer when using live.

    Hi,
    yes now I can save different patterns but if a pattern is running in performance mode I can not change
    pattern with the 8 select buttons.

    The missunderstanding of the proceedure.

    I thing there is room for improvement in the loading and save process. Actual it is a more step procedure, but it schould be a one step procedure.

    But the LXR is a great sounding drum machine and the OS is just 0,27....far away from 1.ff. Let see what will come in future
