no midi signal is coming out from lxr.

After i bought it i was using it always with usb connection,but then i wanted to sequence bass station with it and no result.
first i thought that it was something wrong with the connections,but no.
Midi out is not working !

Anybody can help me to sort it out ?

    First, resolder all the pins at the MIDI Connectors.

    I am testing it with Midi ox and when usb is also connected i can see the midi signals,but without usb connection(only midi) no signals are going out.

    Which Midi interface do you use? Mac or PC? OS? LXR firmware? Did you connect Midi OUT from LXR to Midi IN of your interface? (sorry for this question, but this is often a beginners mistake)

    When you connect your Bass Station to your computer via midi (no usb), can you see Midi messages with Midi ox?

    lxr firmware 0.27 (on 0.24 was the same)

    Yes bass station is sending midi messages with midi ox.

    yes i connected midi out from lxr in midi in of my interface.

    - Ok, then your setup is all right. Then the problem is definitive your LXR [checked]
    - I have no problem to sequence other gear with LXR using MIDI OUT and firmware 0.27, so it's not a firmware Problem [checked].
    - Therefore it seems to be a hardware defect: I assume that you have resoldered all the pins at the Midi connectors, as fcd72 suggested [checked]
    - The next step will be some measurements: The voltage between pin 2 (gnd) and pin 4 of the MIDI OUT connector should be 5V
    With the LXR switched off, you can measure the connection between pin 5 of the MIDI OUT connector and the LXR mainboard connector P2 pin 13. There should be a resistance of 220 Ohm.

    also check the soldering of r1 and r2 (both 220 ohm)

    thanks for the answer julian,the problem is that i bought it already built,so i donot have enought knowladge to check voltage etc..

    i live in berlin,is there anybody who can help me to fix it. OF COURSE I WILL PAY AS MUCH AS IT WILL NEED.

    I have same problem!
    All work great but midi in and out not. I cannot sync FROM LXR to other device and otherwise I can't sync LXR from other device. Also no sequencer data transmitted

    I have 5v on MIDI out

    220 Ohm between 5 and pin 13 present.
    Maybe I need special setup? 
    My other devices works with MIDI.

    Ok, I change midi cable and now I can play my ESX-1 from LXR. How to setup LXR to sync from external device. I can't find this in manual.
