trigger outs are high on default

please ignore if this issue has been reported already.
the trigger outputs seem to be all high (at 5v) after the LXR has been powered on.
they need to be triggered once to work correctly. it is no big issue, but kind of annoying. depending on the setup there can be some annoying noise comming out of the modular until a sequence is loaded/programmed and every trigger played once.
i am using the first revision / prototype version of the trigger io board. (but i am quite sure this is caused by software not hardware)
while at it, it would be a nice to have feature if the gate time could be altered (e.g. by the decay parameter)

So you want the trigger out to be high while the amp envelope is > 0?
using the amp envolope was exactly what i meant.
i imagine it to be usefull for drums that are not triggered, but use for exapmle an env->vca setup.
