Ableton Sync problem with video. [solved]

first channel is spark le, wich i know that is 100 % synced to ableton.
channel wich i am opening later is from lxr and you hear that lxr is out of beat.

So maybe it was also a midi_continue related issue in later versions of ableton. Can't be certain as I only have version 5.
Maybe someone else can strap midi-ox over the ableton midi out to see what it's sending.
So hopefully the sync issues will be gone soon.
My sync testing so far was mostly with hardware.
