They broke my Internet!

Dann construction workers cut our Internet cable :-(
So I'm limited to my mobile data plan until someone decided to fix this.
Phone support just told me they send a technician over in the next 3 days to check if I connected my modem the right way before they'll do anything else :-P
As if this helps when all neighbour's houses are offline as well ;-)

The exact same thing happened to me before i moved to a slightly bigger city. It took several days to fix it. ( disconnected from the world, that felt like several weeks obviously.)
I hope they fix yours fast.
