Good evening!

Just wanted to share a few pics of my almost finished brushed aluminum LXR case with oak sides!

Still a few things missing. have to change all LEDs and make some adjustments..

Not at the moment. Im thinking of it but it will probably be to expensive. Maybe a kit with LXR wood ends and unpolished alu parts.

Beautiful! The only thing is without the circuit board being visible through the case top, parts of the top panel look a bit bare- especially that big area under the four knobs. A minor point, though, it looks amazing! Have you thought about make the top and back out of one sheet, and bending it? Might look cool.

I have thought about one sheet but I have no equipment for bending so for now it has to be multiple pieces. 

The front plate is still missing and is supposed to be alu as well.

I actually like the bare parts and I think the irregularities in the knob/button placement gives it a nice personalized look.

Added frontpanel and changed LEDs to flat transparent. Green ones is on the bright side but it will do for now. Bottom plate is acrylic.

My cat Odyssey is always assisting!

Could probably continue polishing and adjusting but enough is enough.
