Bug: MIDI control of LFO destination

When using an external MIDI controller (e.g., MIDI Designer for iPad), under the LXR's LFO settings, there is one situation where MIDI connection is lost, requiring a reboot of the LXR to reconnect.

To reproduce:
1) under LFO settings, set "voi" to 6
2) select "ch" as the destination (either using the external controller via MIDI, or by dialing with the LXR's knob)
3) MIDI connection is lost; reboot of LXR is necessary to reconnect to external controller

  • okay - I will look into this.
So the LXR is continuing to work as intended, but MIDI is not working anymore?

Yes, the LXR still works, but there is loss of external MIDI connection.

There is also a separate LFO issue (a bug-ette?). The "voi" parameter is set at 0 when the LXR is first powered up, but once it's turned to "1" (and higher), the "0" disappears and the lowest value now is 1. It doesn't affect the functionality, but just seems inconsistent.

There is the same behavior under the "MOD" menu of voice 6. When the destination is dialed to "ch", then the external MIDI connection is lost, requiring a reboot of the LXR.
