Here's a crazy thought. Would it be possible to morph between two patterns as well? Maybe as a separate morph so the sound wouldn't be affected. I'm thinking that the probability would be interpolated between the two patterns' steps.

I have experienced something similar with a cheap Transcend card in my Ambika. It wasn't always ready/readable when powering on. Sandisk is probably more reliable..

Sounds like the scenario I wrote about earlier. If you boot with bpm 120, press play and later set it to external it will work.

My LXR isn't built yet, so I'm not really a qualified LXR user. But, I have a Cirklon which has a nice function function called "Fill". When Fill is activated an alternative pattern is played until the function is deactivated.
