Here's a crazy thought. Would it be possible to morph between two patterns as well? Maybe as a separate morph so the sound wouldn't be affected. I'm thinking that the probability would be interpolated between the two patterns' steps.
Put together the trigger io this weekend. Works great! For anyone not having 27 mm standoffs at home here's a nice method for cutting the 30 mm standoffs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F_V2WZ4qAn8
@rudeog (and everyone else): I implemented what I thought was missing for the pattern generator with a rotation parameter on the menu. The code went into this branch: https://github.com/tb323/LXR/tree/feature/pattern-stuff
Firmware for trying it ou…
Just built the firmware from rudeog's repository on Arch Linux with Eclipse after a bit of confusion regarding toolchains. Fixed backslashes and some upper/lower-case errors. I put a repository here in case anyone running linux wants to try it: http…
If you're up for the challenge; how about the pattern generator rotation?
Wrote about it in another thread:http://forum.sonic-potions.com/discussion/111/pattern-generator-rotation . I think the best would be to save a rotation parameter on each in…
I have experienced something similar with a cheap Transcend card in my Ambika. It wasn't always ready/readable when powering on. Sandisk is probably more reliable..
Another idea for unused buttons in performance mode, not sure if it would work at all.
How about having "snapshots" of settings that you could recall instantly while playing. Ideally every parameter, but I realize it might take too much memory. Havi…
Hey,
Freshly built LXR here and I think I have encountered the same problem as Lamouette. I'm running version 0.23. I have tried saving the settings with bpm 0 so when it boots up it should sync to external clock, however nothing happens. I noticed…
My LXR isn't built yet, so I'm not really a qualified LXR user. But, I have a Cirklon which has a nice function function called "Fill". When Fill is activated an alternative pattern is played until the function is deactivated.
